My Former Record Label Lost A Big Star In Me After My Exit—Kume Yogot Brags

Kwame Yogot revealed during an interview on Property FM that it is his former record label suffered a loss by losing him, rather than the other way around.

Furthermore, he confidently stated that his departure from Sky Entertainment has not had any detrimental impact on his career, despite the opinions of music experts and fans.

He said “Anyone who says that exiting Sky Entertainment has affected me might not know music that much because Sky Entertainment never made Kwame Yogot.

“It’s a fact and people should get their facts well that everyone knew Kwame Yogot because I had most of my songs already before they came in.

“The only hit song I made at Sky Entertainment was Biibi Besi and apart from that which song of mine became a hit after Biibi Besi. Anyone who says I’ve become stagnant and my career has faded doesn’t know what they’re saying it’s rather Sky Entertainment who has lost a precious talent”.

Kwame Yogot details beef with Amerado

Kwame Yogot remains enraged by the alleged cunning move Amerado made against him and has once again shed light on the matter during a recent interview.

According to him, Amerado took a song they collaborated on called “Shege” and used it for his own track titled “Kwaku Ananse.” Not stopping there, he accused Amerado of sampling his song “Replay” to create his “Abronoma” song, a development that altered conversation around entertainment in Ghana.

Speaking to Property FM, Kwame Yogot stressed that individuals with a discerning musical ear can confirm that Amerado has unquestionably copied his work.

He added “We all know that it’s true because we listen to the songs which are out and if you hear a song which has been sampled from someone we can surely attest to it”.

The Ghanaian rapper said he feels that there’s a need for him to voice out to clear it from his mind and besides he’s not afraid of Amerado.

“What I feel like these are issues bothering me I just say it to clear it from my mind because I am someone who is not afraid of anybody,” he stated.
